The customers wished to convert a closet into a laundry room in order to consolidate their washing machine from the kitchen and their dryer from a lean-to on the back of the house!

Absentee owner wished to sell her West End townhouse after a decade of renting. The laundry room was indescribable. The house was not going to sell with it in this condition.

The laundry room was originally the stairs into the basement. At some time in the past, the stairs were removed and the space converted into a place for the hot water heater and a stacked washer/dryer. The customer called me after she bought new side-by-side units and they would not fit!
