Drywall Repair
We do A LOT of drywall repair. Whether small holes or large replacements. When you contract with Your Neighborhood Handyman to fix your electrical and plumbing, we also fix the holes we create in your walls. Plumbers and electricians usually don't - or they call use to do it for them.
Furniture
My life goal is to create objects of beauty which are cherished by others. When I have the time (I also accept commissions), I like to craft functional artworks (aka furniture).
Front Door Project
Customer needed a "problem" door corrected once and for all. Three others had tried but surface cracking returned within a year of each attempt.
Screen Porch Project
1925 Fan rowhouse whose back porch had seen better days.
Some of the problems we solved: A rotting deck structure that dominated the small yard; a failing and leaking porch floor; installing railings and screens,; repairing some funky electrical.
